Jodi Grant
Jodi Grant (born March 1968) is the executive director of the Afterschool Alliance, an American not-for-profit organization.〔(【引用サイトリンク】url=http://www.afterschoolalliance.org/aboutUsOffices.cfm )〕 Prior to joining the Afterschool Alliance, Grant was the director of Work and Family Programs for the National Partnership for Women and Families. She also worked on Capitol Hill as general counsel to the Senate Budget Committee and as staff director for the Democratic Steering and Coordination Committee. Grant was born in Flushing, Queens, New York. She grew up in Oyster Bay, New York, where she attended Oyster Bay High School. She received her B.A. in Sociology with distinction from Yale University in 1990, where she was elected senior class president. In 1993, Grant received her J.D. from Harvard Law School, where she was elected president (first marshall) of the class of 1993.
